Spring Blue's: ZARA Suit and Current Color Trends

Change is coming, we are at the beginning of spring, and everything around is evolving. Nature is blossoming, birds are singing excited for warmer days, and we are stepping into more thrilling colors. Tones that cast a shadow on the dark winter clothes and lighten our wardrobes. It is as if we are blossoming flowers ready for spring.

In this celebration of change, I’m focusing on the new color trends of 2020, specifically the “Faded Blue.” This color is very refreshing and appealing to the eye- having a soothing effect on oneself. As well, it’s a tone that can potentially be a staple “color” in my/your closet for many seasons to come.

Overboard with color:

Some don’t shy away from color. However, not all of us know how to wear it with style and balance. My advice: don’t buy a lot of colorful items and try to pair them up. Invest in a few stylish pieces that can be mixed and matched. The best solution is to buy a suit/set. They come in two parts, a top (blazer, shirt) and a bottom (pants, shorts, or skirt.) These items are the easiest to pair with other clothes you may already own.

My Blue Suit:

To bring the necessary amount of color into my wardrobe without going overboard, I chose to purchase a ZARA suit. I love a stylish matching set that’s on-trend, and a comfortable wear. This ZARA suit was everything I hoped it would be and needed.

Why I loved the Suit:

First, it wasn’t as expensive as I initially expected it would be when I first saw it online. Second, the quality inside the blazer resembles a structured, tailored suit with unique detail. Third, the pants are high waisted just the way I like them. They are not too short or too long- a perfect fit. In the recent purchases from ZARA, I have noticed that many of the pants have an off fit, my usually size Small didn’t fit. Sometimes the fit was too snug in the butt or to loose (all around), but this pair of pants was just right. Overall this suit fits perfectly, and the color is an excellent addition to my closet.
