Puerto Natales is the entrance to Parque Nacional Torres del Paine and the second largest settlement in Patagonia. The town sits on Seno Ultima Esperanza channel, in translation “Last Hope Sound”. Tall mountain peaks surrounded the cool gray waters, like a hem on a skirt and powerful wind causes strong waves to crash against a deteriorating wooden pier.
